On March 3, 2015, we started in Negombo and for a little over a month rode around the island on a rented scooter: the beaches of Hikkaduwa, a night climb up Adam's Peak, mountainous Nuwara Eliya, Sigiriya, ancient Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura, the east coast near Trincomalee. In Kandy we got our visa for India.
